To some people this may be an extreme opinion, but why is he on trial for expressing it? It harmed no-one (being offended is not the same as being harmed) and is shared by many.”

Even The Spittoon recently posed the question: “Is the NSS pushing anti-Muslim bigotry as ‘secularism’?”
In a democracy everyone has the right to explore what (s)he thinks and say his/her thoughts aloud. It is not right that Wilders is tried for that. On the other hand Dutch politicians should not allow him to execute any power. He represents only 1,5 milion dutch people. That is a scary number, but many more have not voted for him. In the media they tend to forget that.
