Two men sentenced in mosque graffiti incident
HUDSON – Two of three men involved in spray painting a City of Hudson mosque Tuesday were sentenced in city court.
Christopher Osborne, charged with a felony, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation by Columbia County Court Judge Jonathan Nichols.
A second man, James Glover III, charged with two misdemeanors, was given 60 days in the county jail.
At the time of the September incident where a racial slur was painted on a wall of the Hudson Islamic Center, authorities labeled it a hate crime.

As a part of their sentencing, they should be required to learn about Islam and Muslims while serving their time….every day of their incarceration!!
There is WAAY TOO much hate being expressed against Islam and Muslims these days! They should also be made to pull 100 community service in the mosque, at the discretion and under the watchful eye of the imam there.
