Nigeria could face a battle between rival terrorist groups after Christian militants threatened to attack Muslim targets in response to bombings carried out by the Islamist group Boko Haram.

The horrific attacks in Norway shocked and outraged the world, and especially surprised the people of that country who hadn’t seen domestic violence at that level since World War II.

Can Islam catch up?
