Anti-Islam crusader Pam Geller’s effort to foment hate between the two groups is based on lies and doomed to fail. I have an earnest and sincere question for the LGBT community: Do you support Pamela Geller?

David Conrad, a resident of Morton Grove, Ill., was likely peeved by the noise from the Muslim Education Center. Conrad’s home is adjacent to the center’s parking lot, and during the holy month of Ramadan, men, women and children pack the mosque on a nightly basis.

Newt Gingrich is the leading Republican candidate for the 2012 Presidential election. In light of President Obama’s appalling approval rating, there is a decent chance that whoever comes out of the campaign as the Republican candidate could be the next leader of the ‘Free World’.

As political firestorms go, few have consumed more oxygen than last summer’s “ground zero mosque” controversy in lower Manhattan.

2010 has been an unbelievable year! Can we say that we are happy that it is finally over? Only if that means that the wacky anti-Muslim Islamophobia that reached unprecedented and at times demented levels will recede. However, it doesn’t appear as though that will be happening any time soon.

The biggest Islamophobe of 2010, Pamela Geller, was responsible for a lot of anti-Islamic bigotry, including the demonization of Park 51.
There are plenty of examples to go around, and she got tons of coal for her Christmas gift, plus a one-way ticket to Hell.

Take one comedian, mix in a beauty queen, throw in some bigots and an exploding crow and you’ll open an unorthodox window into the past year for Muslims in America.
It’s been a tough year, so let’s start with the crow.

However, opt for I-75 and you’ll soon be dazzled by a beautiful mosque known as the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo. On a bright day you cannot miss the glow of its gold dome, flanked by twin minarets. And at night, soft lights illuminate huge stained-glass windows.
